Delete your account and data

You can delete your Cadre account, and everything stored with it, at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Delete it yourself, in the app (fastest)

1. Open Cadre and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the top bar, or the Settings button on your Profile).
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us to do it

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Cadre account”. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, password)
• Your profile, equipment and bio
• Every photo thumbnail, critique, question and follow-up
• Your consent records, notification subscriptions and usage counters

Nothing is retained after deletion except what the law requires us to keep for payment records, if you ever had a paid membership. Weekly database backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are never restored selectively.

Delete some data without closing your account

Email us with what you would like removed (for example a specific critique) and we will handle it within 7 days.
